Follow the instructions to send your application:
PEDIGREE APPLICATION
WHAT TO DO:
PHASE 1:
Send an email to the LO Secretariat within 8 days from the birth of the kittens specifying: date of birth, kittens' parents names, kittens' number, kittens' sex and colours.
Remember to write in English or French and send the email in copy to:
PHASE 2:
Within 90 days from the birth of the kittens fill in and send the pedigree application form to the LO Secretariat.
Note: All necessary certificates must be attached to the pedigree application according to the breed, declaration of external mating (in case), male's veterinary certificate, bilateral deafness certificate (Baer) for white cats, any other mandatory and / or recommended genetic tests.

< PEDIGREE APPLICATION
< MALE VET CERTIFICATE:
The certificate, completed in all parts and signed by the veterinarian, must be sent to the LO Secretariat when applying for the pedigrees.
< EXTERNAL MATING:
The certificate must be filled in for the external mating, signed by both the owners of female and male, and sent to the LO Secretariat at the time of the pedigree application.
The cost of the Pedigree is € 15,00 each and payment
must be made after invoice has been issued by Felis Belgica

TRANSFER
WHAT TO DO:
Send an email to the LO Secretariat specifying the name of the cat transferred and (optional) the name of the new owner.
If you need a paper transfer, send an email to the Club Secretariat with the complete information of the cat, the breeder and the new owner, including the complete addresses and the microchip number.

TITLE REGISTRATION
WHAT TO DO:
Fill up the form and send it to the appropriate email including all the Judges Reports for which you require the title registration. Judges' Reports must be complete (both pages: diploma and Judges' hand writing).

The cost of the Title is € 10.00 and includes the FBe diploma.

IMPORT IN FBe
WHAT TO DO:
Make a high resolution scan of the original pedigree and send it to the LO Secretariat
at the import address.

Notes: Imports into Felis Belgica Pedigree Book of cats owned by new members are free.
After the first year, the import costs 10€ per cat
After the import, the member receives and "import certificate" from FBe with the cats data and the new registration number to be used.
CATTERY REGISTRATION
WHAT TO DO:
The Cattery registration application is submitted by filling up a form (in English or French)
on the Felis Belgica website.
The cost of the Cattery Registration is € 40.00 and payment must be done at the same time
of the application.
FOREIGN SHOW APPLICATION
( all Shows, except Belgium )
WHAT TO DO:
Registration for "foreign" expo (including Italian ones, except those in Belgium) must be sent to FBe for the necessary authorization.
If the show organiser requires, the form must be filled up in all its parts and sent to the appropriate email in order to get the necessary authorization.
If the show organiser allows online registration with automatic entry confirmation by email, the email received by the member must be sent to the appropriate address in order to get the necessary authorization

TRANSCRIPTION IN ANFI
WHAT TO DO:
The Club Secretariat is in charge of the contacts with ANFI about transcriptions.
ANFI does not accept application directly from Members.
Follow the standard procedure by sending all information about cats that need transcription to the Club Secretariat, including the official Felis Belgica (or FFS) pedigree scanned and the Tax Code of the Member, owner of the Cattery that applies for the transcription.
